This table uses a table within a table. The border is created
by having a dark background color for the larger table & then
a cellpadding="1" so that the next table is 1px smaller all
around and this allows the dark background color of the larger
table to show through.

This table uses style="border-collapse: collapse;" but remember
a border is needed!   So, the table uses: border="1".
