                         PURPOSE

This program is designed to help the beginner learn to receive and 
send the International Morse Code.  



    FEATURES:

    1.  Manual Mode: Helps you learn to send correctly formed and
        correctly spaced code.  The speed and Tone of sample characters
        is adjustable from the command line.

    2.  File mode: Sends code for and ASCII file, or sends random code,
        The speed and Tone of sent characters is adjustable from the
        command line, and also from within an ASCII practice file.
        (see: File Mode:)

    3.  The ability to change Tones from within a running practice
        file. 
        (see SPECIAL CHARACTER '>', below, Version 3.3.0)

    4.  The ability to change sending speed from within a running
        practice file. 
        (see SPECIAL CHARACTER '-', below, Version 3.4.0)

    5.  The ability to make random files of a desired length, in total
        number of characters per file. 
        (see: FEATURES OF THE /R##.##.##-random switch)

    6.  The ability to make the random "words" change size between a 
        desired minimum and maximum length. 
        (see: FEATURES OF THE /R##.##.##-random switch, Version 3.5.0)

    7.  The ability to adjust the code speed above 19 WPM in the definition
        file "IMC_TIME",  for both the random code and the text code.
        (see: WORDS PER MINUTE (WPM)).

  You will need to use PKUNZIP to extract the needed files.  I suggest
