This program will calculate the required resistance, in Ohms, and the power rating
of the resistor needed to drop the Nominal voltage across it. The power will be
rounded up to the nearest Watt and the resistance will be rounded up
to one decimal place. (This can be used to determine if a Wallwart
will have the voltage needed at a given current value. NOTE: This is
an itterative process, it is very rare that the first resistor value will drop
the desired voltage at the desired current. Also, there may be NO "good" match for
the given Wallwart. Either the Voltage or current won't match when the other does.)
